* Internal R angle
Internal R angle the bigger the better to increase the mechanical properties of castings and better dissolved liquidity. But big external R angle will increase the production cost of mold. Therefore, unless absolutely necessary, one should not specify external R angle to exceed R1.5mm and keep internal R angle in R1.5mm max ± 0.45mm can achieve good casting result under general condition.
